Brighton Gin - named by the Sunday Times as one of its top three gins of 2015 and winner of numerous international awards – is a handmade, small batch gin. It’s produced at Brighton’s first (legal) distillery by the UK’s only pair of female distillers, using organic British grain, juniper, the peel of fresh oranges and limes, and locally-grown coriander seed and milk thistle, indigenous to the South Downs. Thanks to Croxsons, each bottle is filled, wax-sealed and labelled by hand, the colour of both wax and label being that of Brighton’s distinctive seafront railings.
