We believe that the first impression from the very opening of a bottle until the final tasting, is essential part of every brand’s story.

Selecting the right capsule for a brand is a key element to positioning their brand at the right point. Choosing the right material, design and quality are key for closing a bottle.

It’s not just sizes and colours – although naturally, we do have the full spectrum on offer. This is also about considering everything from hotfoil and embossing to horizontal and vertical perforation.

Designed for products that need an economical capsule, PVC capsules have an excellent ability to adapt to different types of finishes. These capsules are simply heat-shrunk on top of the bottles.

PVC capsules can be customised easily, with a choice of techniques, ranging from off-set printing, hot-foil, embossing etc, all from a low minimum order of 30,000.

The perfect combination of economical and elegance, a combination of aluminium and polyethylene lends itself to brands that need the elegance of a premium capsule, yet hitting key economic drivers.

Like all our capsules, the limit of what a capsule can look like is simply your imagination. Choose any decoration and the minimum order is just 20,000, creating an easy route to stand out amongst your peers.

Tin capsules mean luxury and elegance. A single piece capsule, with no seams, that adapts to bottles of all types, thanks due to its quality material.

The tactile feel of the material also lends itself to a quality and density of silk-screen printing, and depth to any colour.

If you choose a Tin Capsule to close your product, consumers will have an expectancy built up about what delight contains within the bottle. As they start to tear the capsule, they will appreciate that, you as the brand owner, wine-maker or distiller, has put patience, craft and love into the product.

Full customisation is available from only 10,000 capsules.

Natural corks are the natural choice for all types of spirits. They combine pleasing aesthetics with excellent performance. The cork used is harvested by hand by farmers, who like many generations before them, tend to the trees throughout the year.

The planks are subjected to high pressure steaming to ensure neutrality and then are inspected visually by a team with decades of experience. This is just the first part of the grading process, which ensures customers get the right quality cork for their brands, time after time.

Of course, the choice of top for a bartop is just as paramount. A great opportunity to emphasise your brand and creating a lasting memory.

Colmated corks provide the opportunity to cater for the market’s preference for natural cork, whilst meeting lower prices more akin to synthetic stoppers and screw caps. Our colmated natural corks achieve this balance by using fine granular cork to fill the voids in lower-grade natural corks, thus improving their appearance.

Silktop technical corks are composed from sterilized agglomerated cork granules, topped and tailed with high-quality natural cork disks at each end. Using only FDA-approved food-grade bonding agents, these combined corks offer many of the attributes of our natural corks. Mainly a dependable seal, exceptional appearance, reliable insertion and extraction method and a below sensory level of TCA.

Pearl Micro-agglomerated corks are constructed from sterilized natural micro-granules, uniform in size and excluding those which don’t meet narrow tolerances. Once again only ever using FDA-approved food-grade bonding agents, our Pearl corks have the look and feel of natural corks. Whilst many achieve the same high-quality standards as natural corks, they are all more in-line with the prices of products like screw caps and stoppers.

Pearl Prestige Micro-agglomerated corks are manufactured using steam and pressure-treated natural uniformly sized micro-granules. Plus, as with all of our corks, FDA-approved food-grade bonding agents. The process ensures that TCA levels are below 0.5 ng/L and that the product has the look and feel of natural cork, whilst maintaining a competitive price compared to synthetic closures.

It is a bold statement, but through an innovative and patented process, we can guarantee wine corks that are 100% TCA free. Each cork is fully automatically tested using cutting edge gas spectroscopy, guaranteeing that any corks with a TCA level above the 0.5 ng/L detection limit simply won’t make the grade. No chance of human error, no chance of an inferior cork. Available for ultra-premium wines that demand high-end natural corks.

Suitable for the finest Champagne, through to low-priced, high-volume sparkling wine, this family of corks is wide-ranging. Using only FDA-approved food-grade bonding agents, these are sterilized micro-agglomerated corks, with two discs of solid natural cork on the end that meets with the sparkling wine.

To ensure the highest-quality corks, we collaborate with the best growers. Taking a hands-on approach to these premium raw materials allows us to maintain complete control throughout production. Freshly harvested from trees, the cork planks, having been filtered for superiority, are cut into strips. They are then hand-punched to maximize good cork material use, followed by a modification process designed to ensure consistency. All the excess material from this process is ground up and used for agglomerate corks.

A Croxsons cork comes with the assurance that it is fully sanitized. We use a closed chamber system to boil cork planks under high pressure at 105°C, and an automated SARA process to ensure granulated corks receive prolonged pressured steam. The end result is the removal of TCA (the chemical primarily responsible for cork taint), anisoles and phenols responsible for off-aromas and tannins. In other words, complete neutrality and improved appearance and elasticity.

The Mazone system naturally washes finished corks using ozone and hydrogen peroxide as primary treating agents. This highly-advanced process further reduces organic impurities and compounds leading to off-flavours. With three different washing options - colouring the corks a natural, light brown or white appearance - the cleansing process ensures neutral flavour and regularity of colour to each individual cork.

As well as traditional methods such as ink and fire branding, we can provide laser printing for cork bodies and ends. This innovative technique ensures the highest image resolution. Indeed, being capable of high-definition shading and darker printing, this visually sharp laser printing is perfect for both illustrations and photographic renderings. Now you can add just about anything to your cork.
