Capsules are often left plain, and whilst Croxson can suppy these from stock in most instances, decorated capsules are being fast a first choice for many brand owners.
Croxsons work exclusively with a supply chain partner than brings the most innovative technology to the print process. Digitally Printed Polylaminate or PVC Capsules are available from a unique to Croxsons, minimum production of just 5,000 units. There is no limit on colours, as it is digitally printed, and this form of printing is more environmentally friendly, as there is no wastage of ink or paper at the start and end of the printing process.
Many brand owners in the UK are taking advantage of the flexability that this technology can offer, including Adnams, which can be found in the Portfolio section of the site.

Embossment
Embossment is available for the top of the capsuless, and this can be picked out using either hot foil or print.

Side Print
Side print options include hot foil, UV flexo, Gravure and digital print process. The digital print process is not limited to colours. Customers can either choose from printing on a standard colour material, or have a specific pantone colour base printed, where decoration is applied on top.
