Not only does every product need a glass container and closure, but also a reliable way of sealing that container. Croxsons only work with some of the best machines, and ensure compatibility between the glass and closures and the machinery used. Machines are delivered having been configured for client's packaging, ensuring out of the box operation.
If clients require references for the machines, we are happy to put them in touch with clients who use these machines day in day out. If multiple sized closures are used, then additional heads can be supplied, and these are easy to switch in and out.
Descending Head Screw Capper
This machine is used for capping pilferproof aluminium caps, and features a descending head. The bottle, with the cap placed manually on the neck, is placed on the support plate. Two buttons are pressed, and the closing head descends and seals the closure in a few seconds.
More >Manual Capper
Croxsons supply many brewers who are just starting, and in response to an often asked question, a manual capper is now stocked, providing a very cost effective method for closing a beer bottle.
More >Semi-Automatic Capper
A more cost effective solution, where the glass container is raised using a lever, and two roller heads are used. Three or four rollers can be specified however.
More >Single Head Corker/Capper
This little machine is a fully air operated patented corker and capper. Suitable for us for agglomerated cork stoppers and synthetic closures with diameters up to 25mm, and height up to 45mm. The machine can also easily apply crown corks, with no damage to the crown.
