James Croxson
Chairman
Favourite Food: Roast Lamb
Hobbies: Photography, Walking the Dogs, Grandchildren
Favourite Drink: Sauvignon Blanc
Info: James is the fourth generation of ownership of the Croxson family, and it is really under his leadership that Croxsons has transformed into the company it is now.
He confesses that he was born to be a Granddad, so if you want him to get glassy eyed and docile, ask him about his grandchildren.
Tim Croxson
Chief Operating Officer
Favourite Food: Lasagne. Home cooked
Hobbies: Driving. His kids.
Favourite Drink: Craft Beer
Info: Tim is the fifth generation of the Croxson family to work at Croxsons and his role is essential to the everyday running of the company. It is not unusual to find him on a forklift and then meeting a client or supplier. He assures us that whatever he is doing in his role (and it really is varied), it is done with passion and energy that would be expected from the next generation!
David Giles
Chief Financial Officer
Favourite Food: Apple Pie. Made by the Wife.
Hobbies: Making Music. Eating.
Favourite Drink: Amarula
Info: David is part of the efficient and vital finance team, and senior partner in a private accountancy and business consultancy firm.
Outside work, David is known to run marathons, engage in charitable work in Kenya and Uganda as well as spending time with his growing brood!
Paul McGrane
Sales Manager
Favourite Food: African
Hobbies: Snowboarding. Hot Food.
Favourite Drink: A nice chilled beer
Info: Having already worked in the packaging industry, Paul came to Croxsons in 2006. His personality has made him a favourite when he visits the office and amongst clients. Paul has a degree in American Studies; no, we don't know what it is about either, but he spent a year in the US chasing the Californian sun and girls.
George O'Brien
Sales Manager
Favourite Food: Italian and Chicken Wings (we assume not at the same time).
Hobbies: Coaching kids football teams, socialising in the local pub
Favourite Drink: Morgan Spice & Pepsi
Info: George is a dedicated family man, so fits right in the Croxson 'family.' He brings some lovely Scotland culture to Croxsons, reminding us that not to always be so serious, but to enjoy life alongside work.
George looks after our many clients in Scotland & Ireland, but bizarrely doesn't like whisky (or whiskey!).
David Flower
Sales Manager

Hobbies: His grandkids!

Info: David has been there and done it, within the glass industry having spent most of his life within it! His experience and knowledge is a vital asset to the company.
Alongside Faye, he has probably known James the longest, but has 'only' been working for Croxsons for 5 years.
Randall Margraf

Hobbies: His Grand-Kids!

Info: Randall is part of the charge into the USA market, bringing a wealth of sales experience to the team.
He confesses to be like a dog with a bone, but lovable! We know that customers love his friendly approach and can-do attitude.

Quality Assurance

Hobbies: Photography, Cars, His Dogs!
Favourite Drink: Single Malt
Info: An integral part of our quality assurance team, Laurie is in charge of first response for our clients, and ensuring that we do what we say we do.
He also oversees the complexities of our IT network, and manages to make everything sound so simple.
Sarah Webster

Info: Sarah looks after the sales office as well as providing essential support to the sales team on the road. She manages the internal process for all our soft drink and brewery clients, ensuring that this great nation stays hydrated.

Info: Nina is a favourite with our food clients who love her helpfulness and cheerfulness on the phone. She thinks on her feet and ensures that her clients are well taken care of. Her knowledge of our range of food jars and closures is second to none!

Info: John looks after clients in a variety of countries, ranging from Canada to Nigeria, French Guyana to Lebanon. His Lingusitics degree really comes in useful! John has a wealth of experience in this industry, and counts his claim to fame to having been at the same university as Gordon Brown; is that really something to boast about?

Info: Robert provides able assistance to John & Faye in the export department, as has a very keen eye for detail. Not a lot gets past him, which is reassuring as he looks after all the technical drawings as well all the export documents we generate on a daily basis!
Faye Blayney
P.A. to the Chairman

Hobbies: Walking the dog. Reading
Favourite Drink: Freshly squeezed orange and mango juice.
Info: Faye has been here the longest, except for our beloved Chairman. She is affectionately known as "Auntie Faye" and keeps James in order at times. She looks after clients in her native New Zealand as well as domestic wineries and spirit clients. She is also known as the 'fountain of all knowledge' due to her great experience as a result of her (greatly appreciated!) time spent with the company.
